Lost License Key

If you have lost your license key, there are several ways to get a replacement copy:

• You can login to your account to access all license keys associated with your login email.
• If you don't have an account, you can create a new one to access existing licenses associated with your email.
• Contact us with your 8-digit serial number and we'll promply send a replacement.
• If you have a printout of your registration email, do not try to type your license key from the printout.  It is too difficult to get it right, and we are happy to email you a copy.
