1.Choose Tools | Profiles (Beyond Compare | Profiles on macOS) to open the Profiles dialog.
2.Select a Dropbox profile on the left pane or click the New button 
and choose Dropbox Profile.
3.When you create a new profile, Beyond Compare will start your Web browser and prompt you to log on to Dropbox.
4.After you log on, Dropbox will send you a code to authenticate.
5.After you authenticate, click Allow to grant Beyond Compare access to the files and folders in your Dropbox account.
6.Dropbox will display an API authorization code. Switch back to the Beyond Compare window and paste the code.
7.In the Description box, type any text you want to identify the profile.
